LA & LR Ramsamy Crane Hire Pty Ltd is an indigenous owned and locally operated crane hire business that has been established for over 40 years, making it the longest operating Crane Hire company in Mackay.
Our crane operations are based in the Slade Point Industrial Area, conveniently located close to Mackay City, Mackay Harbour and Mackay Port facilities.
Ramsamy Crane Hire offers a comprehensive range of operated mobile crane hire services in the Mackay, Whitsunday, and Isaac Regions, specialising in residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure crane hire. Our crane fleet are from highly reputable manufacturers with a capacity range from 12Tonne to 130Tonne cranes.

At Ramsamy Crane Hire, we operate on the principle that every job can be completed safely and we pride ourselves on maintaining an impeccable record of safety performance. We comply with industry Health and Safety regulations as well as our own Health and Safety management plan, policies and procedures.
Ramsamy Crane Hire operates under a Safety and Health Management System which makes provision for the discharge of obligations of management and employees under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Electrical Safety Act 2002 with respect to the management of risk in the workplace. The System also makes provision for compliance of operations with the requirements of the Mobile Crane Code of Practice 2024, Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 an Environmental Protection Act 1994.
All Ramsamy Crane Hire operators, riggers and dogmen hold current High Risk Work licences, General Safety Induction Construction Industry cards and Work Safely At Heights certificates. These personnel have completed relevant site inductions and will continue to do so as required.
